Hover Over Stakeholders on a Contract

Previously, you had no insight into the contact information for the various stakeholders on a contract. With this new enhancement, you can hover over any stakeholder’s name on the contract to obtain their email contact information. This applies to all of the stakeholders of a contract, including the:

• Contract Administrator
• Contract Sponsor
• Internal Signatory
• External (Supplier) Contact
• External (Supplier) Signatory

 One way you may find this enhancement useful is when collaborating with other campuses to learn more about a contract. Now, you no longer have to search through a campus’s active directory to obtain email information – this information is right at your fingertips directly from the contract in CalUsource!
