UC Systemwide Procurement has renewed a UC-wide agreement with LeaseAccelerator for software to streamline lease management and accounting for complex lease portfolios. This renewal is the second 1-year renewal for the original 5-year contract that commenced on December 20, 2019, and now continues through December 19, 2026.
LeaseAccelerator serves as a single UC-wide platform to consistently capture, track and account for leases. This standalone cloud-based lease accounting solution conforms to Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) 87 standards, and automates the lease recording to reporting process while integrating with other UC ERP systems to exchange lease accounting data.
This Agreement is available UC-wide to 10 campuses, 6 health centers, and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
