UC Systemwide Procurement has renegotiated and extended the systemwide agreement with Getinge AB to provide equipment and maintenance services for Autoclaves/Sterilizers, washers and cage washers.
This contract is extended two years to 12/31/2025.

New Benefits and Improved Services for Renewal Term: 2024-2025
Two (2) year extension instead of 2 X 1 year
35% product discount on Capital Equipment sterilizers, washers and cage washers
15% Adders product discount
15% discount on service agreements: preventative, premium and professional levels
10% discount off current standard price for Getinge only service parts
Non-Getinge equipment services – requires 15-30% premium fee added to list. If similar to Getinge equipment (equivalent), 15% discount applies to cancel 15% premium = breakeven on premium fee
Service parts for Getinge equipment discounted 10% off current list
Volume discount new equipment: + 1% $500K-$1M; + 1.5% $1M-$1.5M; + 2% >$1.5M
Service deliverables – newly defined with prices in contract; equipment with obsolete control systems or end of life eligible for time and material billing.
