This agreement aims to provide the UC community with advanced AI tools that enhance learning, research, and operational efficiency.

IMPORTANT: Please also refer to the OpenAI Terms of Use Template hosted on the Information Security Resources page of the UC Procurement Portal (must be logged into portal to see these resources). The Terms of Use Template is a UC obligation under the agreement and must be issued to users of OpenAI service; the Template serves as a baseline for campuses to adopt and edit for use.
