November 13: American Airlines will share how the traveler experience is enhanced when the ticket is booked within UC contract with benefits such as potential upgrades, complimentary preferred seating, priority privileges, disruption recovery and so on. December 4: CQ (Club Quarters): will discuss what makes them unique and what travelers can expect at their locations, plus share how to take advantage of UC-specific rates for not only business travel, but personal travel as well (specifically over weekends/holidays).
