Master Lessor List - 2024

Lessors on the UC Master Lessor list (Approved Lessor list) have accepted the terms of the University of California standard lease documents without modification.

This does not mean that these are the only lessors permissible or that use of these lessors is mandatory. Other lessors may be used provided they accept the standard University of California lease terms or that other lease terms are approved by the Office of General Counsel.

Any lessor who wishes to be added to this list by accepting the standard lease terms should contact Procurement Services at the UC Office of the President via the form below.

  • Provide a letter on company letterhead
  • Letterhead must be signed by an authorized company representative
  • Letterhead must state your intent to be included on the University of California Approved Lessor list
  • Letterhead must include acceptance of, without modification, the UC Capital Lease Agreement (CLA).
