Office Supplies with ODP Business Solutions UC-Wide Agreement

UC Systemwide Procurement announces a new systemwide agreement with ODP Business Solutions, formerly Office Depot. This is an Office Supplies contract adoption with offerings under the Omnia/ Florida International University Cooperative contract, designed specifically for the University of California. This agreement is now available to all UC locations.

Benefits to UC

  • FIU Core List, 150+ UC Custom Core List, 30-70% discount on off-list price.
  • Student, Staff, Alumni Focused Program - access to contracted, deep discounting. With a 10% rebate to UC to support student programs.
  • Up to 10% annual rebate and 5% on single-point delivery rebate.
  • HP-Amazon Incentive – if elected, obtain an additional 5% discount in HP Big Deal toner and ink SKUs (on top of the UC Big Deal) while promoting sustainable purchasing, security, and socially responsible procurement. 
  • ODP-Amazon Incentive – if elected, obtain an additional 5% rebate on year-over-year spend with 2023 as the baseline for this and all subsequent years. 
  • ODP Sustainability Incentive – 1% rebate on total purchases when Green spend is above 35% of the total spend. 
  • 3 ½ year initial term with 2 one-year annual renewal options
