UC Systemwide Procurement has established a new UC-wide agreement with SHI for a wide range of software and SaaS products, sourced through OMNIA Partners public agency cooperative.
SHI serves as a general-purpose value-added software and SaaS reseller, offering access to a broad portfolio of solutions—excluding Microsoft, Adobe, and OEMs with existing direct agreements with UC.
NOTE: Campus Buyers are responsible for determining whether the Data Security (DS) Appendix is required for a pending SaaS purchase. If needed, please coordinate directly with SHI and the SaaS product’s OEM to complete the DS Appendix.
