The Culture Shifting Summit in Silicon Valley, an annual gathering of innovators, investors, and social impact leaders, took place September 5-8, 2024, and UC was proud to be a co-sponsor of this transformative event. Known for its focus on fostering meaningful collaborations, the summit brought together Black and Latinx entrepreneurs and investors to explore the intersections of innovation, technology, and social responsibility.
One of the most impactful aspects of our participation was our involvement in the House of Scales event, where we supported 100 businesses working to scale their operations. This session, a key highlight of the summit, connected entrepreneurs with subject matter experts and investors, providing valuable insights on capital access, supplier diversity, and leveraging technology for growth. It was an inspiring experience to witness firsthand the dedication to driving equity in business, and UC was honored to play a role in supporting underrepresented businesses.
