- Affordability: Discounts on certain models range 15%-60% off retail. Some individuals may even qualify for free E-Bikes, based on the future CARB incentive program.

Program Background
We invited qualified E-Bike suppliers to submit proposals for evaluation around certain specifications via a systemwide RFP. These specifications were designed meet the future CARB incentive program which could potentially provide free eBikes to qualified individuals. Our objective was to select partners who can help us successfully implement this program, enhancing the overall student experience and fostering environmental stewardship on our campus.
