Roshni Pratap has been selected as the new Director, Strategic Sourcing - Information Technology (IT). This promotion reflects Roshni’s exceptional dedication, leadership, and contributions to UC Systemwide Procurement (SWP) over the years.
Since joining SWP in February 2018, Roshni has demonstrated unwavering commitment and expertise in various roles, including Sr. Category Manager - IT Sourcing and Co-Interim Director, Strategic Sourcing - Information Technology. During her tenure, Roshni has consistently delivered outstanding results and demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities.
Roshni’s experience speaks volumes about her capabilities. From leading the execution of IT strategic sourcing initiatives to managing the lifecycle of systemwide agreements, her contributions have been instrumental in driving down costs, maximizing benefits, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and University policies.
Furthermore, Roshni has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, like the Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Relationship Management project, where she has enhanced our sourcing framework and supplier relationship management strategies.
Throughout her career, Roshni has demonstrated a keen ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, align sourcing strategies with organizational goals, and identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
As Roshni steps into her new role as Director, Strategic Sourcing - Information Technology, she will continue to excel and lead with excellence.
