Supplier Checklist

If a project requires SB854 Prevailing Wage compliance:

1. You must be registered with the State Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and renew annually

Register with the DIR

2. You must base your quote on the appropriate prevailing wage rates

Determine appropriate prevailing wage rates

• The University will file a PWC-100 form and will include the DIR Project ID number on the Purchase Order

3. You must post the prevailing wage rate at the jobsite
